• What can I expect from the event?

  Tucked away above the streets in an unassuming landed house, The Magic Attic is a hidden gem that hosts Singapore's finest live magic performances. This intimate and mysterious venue offers a variety of shows including Friday Night Magic, Close Up Wonders, House Magicians Night, and the Kidabra Family Show. Each event is carefully curated for up-close, personal encounters that go beyond typical magic shows, creating unforgettable moments of wonder and amazement.

• Where is the experience located?

  The experience is located at The Magic Attic – 3 Lorong Salleh, Singapore 416747.

• Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

  This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.

• How long does the experience last?

  The duration varies depending on the specific magic show. For exact timing, please refer to the ticketing page for each show.

• Is there parking available?

  While parking is limited, the nearest available spots are roadside. You can also park at the HDB open carpark across Jalan Eunos Road, which is an 8 to 10-minute walk away. If parking may be a concern, we recommend arriving early or taking public transportation.

• Will there be additional sessions?

  At this time, we cannot guarantee additional dates. Please refer to the experience page for the most up-to-date information on availability.

• Where can I get tickets?

  Tickets are available through the Fever App (on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or the Fever Website.

• Can I purchase tickets at the door?

  No, tickets are not sold on site. They must be purchased online via the Fever app or Fever Website.

• Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

  Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

• Do I need to print my ticket?

  No, printed tickets are not required. You can access your ticket via email confirmation or the Fever app (in the "Tickets" section). For Fever app login, please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

• I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

  Open the Fever app and go to the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Make sure you're logged in with the same account used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't locate it, please contact us.

• Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

  This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. Please note: All sales are final. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances.

• Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

  Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 24 hours before the start time of your event. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible.

• Can I make a group booking?

  You can select the number of pax and make the purchase directly on Fever.

• Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

  Yes! It is recommended that you arrive at least 20 mins before the show time.

• Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

  Unfortunately, animals are not permitted at this event, including service animals.

• Are wheelchairs available to rent?

  Unfortunately, wheelchairs are not available for rent.

• Is the experience accessible for deaf individuals?

  Unfortunately, the experience is not accessible for deaf individuals.

• Will there be strobe lights?

  No.

• Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

  Yes, seats are provided for Close Up Wonders, Friday Night Magic, and House Magicians Night. For the Kidabra Family Show, seating will be on the floor to ensure safety.

• Will restrooms be available on site?

  Yes, restrooms are available at the venue. Please ask our staff for directions upon arrival.

• Can I take photos or record the experience?

  Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please turn off flash photography and make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

• Is there an age requirement?

  Yes. Kidabra Family Show is suitable for children aged 5 and above. Adult shows are recommended for guests aged 16 and above.
