What are the different ticket types?
We have different zones depending on the visibility you'd like. This venue offers Premium, A, B, C and D zones. All tickets are individual. The boxes (Palcos) have a maximum capacity of 2 people; every attendee needs their own ticket to access a box. None of the boxes are sold as a package or group ticket.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us with the relevant documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts; contact us indicating your ticket number to make the change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Where does the experience take place?
At the Teatro Municipal Colón de Mar del Plata, on Hipólito Yrigoyen street 1665, in the city center, Mar del Plata, Argentina.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located in the city center, and there are several nearby options to get there via local bus lines. Take precautions, as traffic congestion can occur in the area.
How long does the concert last, and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before it starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted to the venue or the show.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your booked zone.
Is food served?
The venue does not sell food or drinks.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals with the corresponding documentation.
Does this venue have accessible access for people with disabilities?
Wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility, along with their companions, should purchase tickets in the ground-floor zones (Platea Baja), which have suitable access. Please note that the boxes (Palcos) are not wheelchair accessible, and the venue does not have an elevator to the upper floors.
Is there parking available?
The venue does not have its own parking lot.
Can I take photos or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent for the whole performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in case of an emergency.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), rest assured we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, feel free to contact us, indicating your ticket number.
