No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; all tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play), signed in with the same method you used to buy — no printing needed. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before it starts, and once the show begins, latecomers cannot be admitted, so please plan to arrive early.

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.

If you selected the Flexible Refund Ticket add-on, you can get a full refund (no documentation required) by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to another user.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you hold a valid ticket, please contact us for more information.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase before and during the show. If you're consuming alcohol, you must be 21+ with a valid ID.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. Please contact us if you plan to bring a service animal.

Yes, there is plenty of street parking and nearby parking garages available around the venue.
