There's no dedicated car park right at Alte Kirche Altenessen. Scattered public parking spaces are available on surrounding streets, though these are also used by residents and tend to fill up quickly around event times. We recommend allowing extra time to find a spot, or using public transport.

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. After purchasing your own valid ticket, send us the relevant documentation; we'll then provide you with a code to buy the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

By public transport, you can reach Alte Kirche Altenessen via U-Bahn lines U11 (towards Messe/Gruga) and U17 (towards Margarethenhöhe) to the Altenessen Mitte stop; several bus lines (including 170, 172, 162, 183, plus night and express lines) also stop there. By car, take the A42 or A40 onto the A52/A59 towards Essen-Zentrum and follow the signs to Altenessen.

Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals. Please fill out the relevant form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.

Please arrive at least 40 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand; out of respect for the musicians and audience, latecomers cannot be admitted.

If weather affects your experience in any way (venue change/postponement), we'll of course let you know in advance by email.

Yes, if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time — we'll do our best to seat you together.

Your phone must stay on silent throughout the performance. Out of respect for the musicians and audience, you can't leave your seat except in an emergency.

For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
