What are the different ticket types?
Several ticket categories are available: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, there's no need to print anything. Just show your Fever ticket from your phone at the venue.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts; please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For select events with a Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts; note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, free of charge, to any other Fever account. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 40 minutes before the concert starts; no entry is possible once it has begun.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there parking available?
There's no dedicated car park right at Alte Kirche Altenessen. Scattered public parking spaces are available on surrounding streets, though these are also used by residents and tend to fill up quickly around event times. We recommend allowing extra time to find a spot, or using public transport.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. After purchasing your own valid ticket, send us the relevant documentation; we'll then provide you with a code to buy the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, it has step-free/accessible access.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport, you can reach Alte Kirche Altenessen via U-Bahn lines U11 (towards Messe/Gruga) and U17 (towards Margarethenhöhe) to the Altenessen Mitte stop; several bus lines (including 170, 172, 162, 183, plus night and express lines) also stop there. By car, take the A42 or A40 onto the A52/A59 towards Essen-Zentrum and follow the signs to Altenessen.
Can I bring animals?
Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals. Please fill out the relevant form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 40 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand; out of respect for the musicians and audience, latecomers cannot be admitted.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
If weather affects your experience in any way (venue change/postponement), we'll of course let you know in advance by email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time — we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I use my phone or leave my seat during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent throughout the performance. Out of respect for the musicians and audience, you can't leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
