Das candlelight Konzert in der alten Kirche war wirklich klasse. Super Atmosphäre und vor allem genügend Kerzen. Das junge Quartett hat mit seiner Darbietung im gesamten überzeugt. Begeistert war ich von der Bratsche. Man hat besonders bei der jungen Dame aus Barcelona gemerkt, wie sie eins mit dem Instrument ist. Das war auf jeden Fall nicht unser letzter Besuch eines candlelight Konzertes.

Das war so schön. Hat mein Herz sofort angesprochen. Da haben sich bei mir schon bei den ersten Tönen fast alle Schleusen geöffnet. Ein wundervoller Abend, tolle Musiker und phantastische Songauswahl von ABBA und Queen. Selbst meine Frau war völlig begeistert obwohl das eigentlich nicht Ihre Musik ist. Danke an das ganze Team Fever und die Musiker für einen mit Sicherheit ange in bester Erinnerung bleibenden Abend

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Sign in with the same method you used to buy, and your QR code will also be in your confirmation email. There's no need to print anything, just show your ticket from your phone.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. For more information, refer to our terms and conditions.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket and how does it work?
For selected events, you can purchase a flexible cancellation ticket, which lets you request a full refund or exchange your ticket for a voucher for another date up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another person. To request a refund, just contact us here.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes, with no intermission. Doors open 40 minutes before the concert starts, and latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
How do I get to the venue and is there parking?
By public transport, you can reach the Alte Kirche Altenessen via U-Bahn lines U11 (towards Messe/Gruga) and U17 (towards Margarethenhöhe) to the Altenessen Mitte stop; several bus lines (including 170, 172, 162 and 183) also stop there. By car, take the A42 or A40 onto the A52/A59 towards Essen city centre and follow the signs to Altenessen. There's no dedicated car park at the church itself, but there are some public parking spots on the surrounding streets, which are also used by residents and often full during events, so allow extra time or use public transport.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal companion. First purchase your own ticket, then send us the relevant supporting documents. We'll then provide you with a voucher to purchase your free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. You'll need to show your regular ticket together with the companion ticket at entry.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, there is an accessible entrance.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance.
What are the different ticket types?
There are four ticket categories available: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, and Zone D.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. If you'll be accompanied by a service animal, please fill in the relevant form beforehand, which we'll send you on request.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 40 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of location or a postponement, we'll of course notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all attendees, all candles used are flameless.
