Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.

The concert lasts around 60 minutes, with no intermission. Doors open 40 minutes before the concert starts, and latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

By public transport, you can reach the Alte Kirche Altenessen via U-Bahn lines U11 (towards Messe/Gruga) and U17 (towards Margarethenhöhe) to the Altenessen Mitte stop; several bus lines (including 170, 172, 162 and 183) also stop there. By car, take the A42 or A40 onto the A52/A59 towards Essen city centre and follow the signs to Altenessen. There's no dedicated car park at the church itself, but there are some public parking spots on the surrounding streets, which are also used by residents and often full during events, so allow extra time or use public transport.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal companion. First purchase your own ticket, then send us the relevant supporting documents. We'll then provide you with a voucher to purchase your free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. You'll need to show your regular ticket together with the companion ticket at entry.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance.

There are four ticket categories available: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, and Zone D.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. If you'll be accompanied by a service animal, please fill in the relevant form beforehand, which we'll send you on request.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

Please arrive at least 40 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of location or a postponement, we'll of course notify you by email in advance.
