Step into an intimate venue where the stage feels beautifully close. Arrive 30 minutes early. Doors close at the start and no entry is allowed once the show has begun.

What can I expect at “Ballet of Lights”?

How long does the experience last?
The show lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Where does the experience take place?
The show takes place at Das K in Kornwestheim (Stuttgarter Str. 65, 70806 Kornwestheim).
How do I get to the venue?
Kornwestheim stop: S-Bahn: S4, S5; Train: RB11; Rathaus - Kornwestheim stop: Bus: 413
When should I arrive?
Entry is possible 60 minutes before the show starts. However, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show starts.
Is there parking at the venue?
This venue does not have its own parking. Some on-street parking is available, but we recommend travelling by public transport.
Is photography or filming allowed?
Photography without flash is permitted during the show, but filming is not. However, for the best possible experience for you and all other guests, we recommend only taking photos at the end during the bows, so that everyone can enjoy the performance undisturbed.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. If you will be accompanied by a service animal, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) and use the subject line “Bringing a service animal”.
Does the venue have step-free access?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Does the venue have restrooms?
Yes, restrooms are available. If you have any questions, feel free to ask our staff on site.
Are strobe lights used on site?
No, no strobe lights are used in this show.
What are the different ticket types?
The following ticket types are available: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, Zone C (Rollstuhlplatz). Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes, guests who need support throughout the experience can request a free ticket for their carer. Please purchase your own ticket first and then contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) and the subject line “Free ticket for carers”.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket free of charge. To do so, click on “Transfer tickets” in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your ticket is validated contactlessly in the Fever app, so there is no need to print it.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app in the “Tickets” section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure you log in with the account you used to purchase your ticket. If you can't find your ticket, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Is there an age restriction for the event?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I still enter the show after it has started?
Entry after the start is not possible. To ensure the best possible experience for all guests present, we ask that you arrive on time.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, if you have any further questions, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID). Unfortunately, refunds are not possible. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
