The music was amazing and the staff was very friendly and courteous. This an old building that needs some attention though. I would love to see it refurbished to it’s original grandeur.

This was absolutely the best date I've had with my husband and we have been together 17 yrs. Not only was the price point super affordable (they definitely undercharge), the atmosphere was amazing, romantic, and high quality. The music is beyond beautiful from the talented musicians. You don't want to miss this experience! We are booking several more!

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To do so, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket policy?
For selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend, as long as you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is needed to claim your refund, but the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food served?
No food will be served, though light snacks will be available for purchase.
Is there parking available?
Street parking is available near the venue along 5th Ave and 8th St, and there is a parking garage at the corner of 3rd Ave and 8th St.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You'll need to hold a valid ticket first; please contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Foundry Theater is located on the second floor of Huntington City Hall. There's a wheelchair lift entrance on the 5th Ave side that connects to an elevator up to the second floor auditorium, and a ramp entrance on the 8th St side leading to the basement, with signage to the elevator.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A offers great visibility, Zone B offers good visibility, and Zone C offers less visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Where is the experience taking place?

Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As this add-on is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, it's non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased and picked up on-site; all sales are final.
