FAQs Frequently asked questions
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email. There's nothing to print — just show your ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to any other Fever account. Simply tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further assistance, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your booked zone — the concert starts on time and entry is not possible once it has begun.
Is this experience indoors or outdoors?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
How do I get to the venue and is parking available?
Parking is available nearby, for example at the Schlossgarage car park (accessed via Bismarckstraße) or the Tiefgarage Universität Mannheim underground car park — both just a few minutes' walk from the Barockschloss. From Mannheim Hauptbahnhof, the Barockschloss is about a 5–10 minute walk away; alternatively, several tram lines (e.g. 1, 4 or 5) run to the Schloss stop.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal assistant/carer. Once you've purchased your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the Barockschloss Mannheim has disability access: the event area is step-free and a lift is available.
Is there food or drink at the venue?
No, there is no drink sale planned at the venue.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance, or use my phone?
According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash. Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill out the relevant form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Are the candles flammable?
For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change/postponement), we'll of course notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time — we'll do our best to seat you together.
