Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

Die Location im Thon-Dittmer-Palais war fantastisch gewählt. Der Schein der Kerzen gab genau die richtige Stimmung für die Veranstaltung. Dem Rosalien-Quartett war die Spielfreude sehr schnell anzusehen das abwechslungsreiche Spiel ließ jedem von Ihnen seine Bühne. Der große Applaus des Publikums bescherte allen zwei Zugaben und damit kamen auch Queen in das Repertoire der 80er! Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert! Vielen Dank herzlichen Dank für den schönen Abend!

What ticket categories are there?
Seating is divided into zones A, B, C and the gallery. Our team will assign you a seat at the entrance according to your booked ticket zone. Seats within each zone are allocated on arrival.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. Please arrive on time; our team will try to seat you together.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles real?
For safety reasons, all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so that you can be assigned a seat in your booked zone. The concert starts on time; no entry will be permitted once it has begun.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please set your phone to silent for the entire performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece and without flash, if the musicians permit it.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Please only leave your seat in case of emergency, out of consideration for the musicians and the audience.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available on site. You can buy them through the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to another Fever account in the Fever app. If you need help, contact Fever through the contact form and provide your order number.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Date changes are possible up to 48 hours before the concert. Contact Fever through the contact form and provide your ticket ID, or use the “Change date and/or time” option in the app, if available. Refunds are not offered.
Are there tickets for companions?
Guests who need support during the experience can request a free ticket for a personal companion. Contact Fever through the contact form and attach proof. After review, you will receive a code, subject to availability. Both the regular ticket and the companion ticket must be shown at the entrance.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. Log in using the same method you used when purchasing. The QR code is also included in your confirmation email; printing it is not necessary.
What happens if the weather affects the experience?
Should the weather affect your experience, for example through a change of venue or a postponement, we will let you know in good time by email.

How do I get to the venue?
The Palais is centrally located on Haidplatz in Regensburg's old town, around a five-minute walk from the city centre. By bus, you can reach it via the “Haidplatz” or “Fischmarkt” stops. A nearby parking option is the Arnulfsplatz-Garage, around a three-minute walk away.
Can I buy food or drinks on site?
No, no food or drinks are available for purchase on site.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed. Assistance animals are welcome.
