Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Changes to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 24 hours before the event.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Tickets can be transferred. Please note that if you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket, it becomes non-refundable once transferred.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket, send us the relevant documentation.
