What ticket types are available?
Tickets are available for the Premium Zone and zones A, B, C and D.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are allocated based on the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What is the minimum age to attend?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
No: for the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the last song and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must remain on silent mode for the entire duration of the concert.
Can I leave the hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased on site: they must be bought before the event via the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or the website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: just send the person who will be using them the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are available under any circumstances. For more information, check our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document proving the need for assistance, and we'll send you a code to purchase the free ticket. At the entrance, you'll need to show the document along with the tickets.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store), logging in with the same profile used for the purchase. You'll also receive a PDF with the barcode to access the event in the confirmation email.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email at the address linked to your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.
