What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are sold by zone based on visibility: Zone A (Premium Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility), Zone C (Good Visibility), and Zone D (Okay Visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change your date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are only available if you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket, which lets you cancel or exchange up to 48 hours before the show for a full refund minus the 10% flexible-ticket fee (or, for an exchange, a voucher for the same experience). Standard tickets are not refundable, only exchangeable for another date/time up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
How long does the show last, and when do doors open?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before the start — late arrivals will not be permitted.
Is there food and drink available?
Yes. Food and beverages are available for purchase at the event, and the hotel also offers a full-service restaurant for Candlelight guests.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Valet parking is available at the hotel for $15 per car. Reduced-price self-parking is also available across the street.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What should I know before I arrive (arrival time, phones, leaving your seat)?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert to be assigned a seat in your zone — the show starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Late arrivals will not be admitted. Phones must stay on silent throughout, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, you can only leave your seat in case of an emergency.
Is this venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel is ADA-accessible.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
An optional paid add-on that gives you a professional photo taken in a dedicated area before the show, printed instantly in polaroid style (1 print per purchase). You'll receive a QR code by separate email to redeem it at the venue, and must arrive at least 30 minutes early — the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Photos can't be refunded or retaken if you forget to collect them, and can also be bought on-site (card only) while supplies last, though online buyers get priority.
Can I book a companion/carer ticket?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request one free companion pass. You must already hold a valid ticket, then contact us with supporting documentation (e.g. DLA, PIP, a CredAbility Access Card, or an Assistance Dog ID).
Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket is in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app — log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
