Refunds are only available if you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket, which lets you cancel or exchange up to 48 hours before the show for a full refund minus the 10% flexible-ticket fee (or, for an exchange, a voucher for the same experience). Standard tickets are not refundable, only exchangeable for another date/time up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before the start — late arrivals will not be permitted.

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert to be assigned a seat in your zone — the show starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Late arrivals will not be admitted. Phones must stay on silent throughout, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, you can only leave your seat in case of an emergency.

Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

An optional paid add-on that gives you a professional photo taken in a dedicated area before the show, printed instantly in polaroid style (1 print per purchase). You'll receive a QR code by separate email to redeem it at the venue, and must arrive at least 30 minutes early — the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Photos can't be refunded or retaken if you forget to collect them, and can also be bought on-site (card only) while supplies last, though online buyers get priority.

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request one free companion pass. You must already hold a valid ticket, then contact us with supporting documentation (e.g. DLA, PIP, a CredAbility Access Card, or an Assistance Dog ID).
