First Course

• Starboard Salad (Field greens, sliced carrots, cherry tomatoes, croutons and French Vinaigrette)
• Dinner Rolls with Butter chips

Second Course

• Fresh soup of the day

Main Course - Choice of :

• Steak au Poivre (Salt and peppercorn grilled sirloin served with red wine reduction)
• Chicken Lyonnaise (Chicken breast simmered in white wine, served with demi-glace, caramelized onions and herbs de Provence.)
• Fish (Salmon Picatta with a Lemon Butter Caper Sauce)
• Vegetarian/Vegan Entrée (Grilled zucchini stuffed with parmesan risotto, sweet corn and basil. Can be made Vegan upon request.)

Sides

• New Baby Potatoes tossed with butter and fresh parsley.
• Sauteed Green Beans tossed in olive oil and a blend of spices
