What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A, with excellent visibility; Zone B, with great visibility; and Zone C, with good visibility.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early, as late entry is not permitted.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have bought your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you bought a flexible cancellation ticket. Exchanges to another date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the event you booked, subject to availability. Contact us to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
Available for selected events, a flexible cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible cancellation ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us to get your ticket refunded.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the full ticket price will be credited back to your account; it may take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the "Vouchers" section of the app. This voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund of the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You'll receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use it to come back to the experience and book a new date and/or time.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?
No. If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use it to book the same experience again.

What is Candlelight Photo?
A package that offers a unique photo experience, available only to guests who buy it. Your photo is taken in a specially designated area, and as a souvenir you receive one printed, polaroid-style picture per purchase.
Can I buy Candlelight Photo at the venue?
Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Guests who buy it online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases, and on-site purchases are by credit card only: no cash is accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Before the concert. The photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early to leave enough time for your photo.
When do I get my picture?
You choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you collect yours at the exit afterwards. Make sure you have your printed picture before you leave: we cannot keep pictures for you, and a picture left behind cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience is, and announcements will remind attendees of it. Feel free to ask any member of our staff if you have questions.
How do I show that I have purchased Candlelight Photo?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Have it validated by the photographer at the venue before your picture is taken.
Can I get a refund for Candlelight Photo?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo experience is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you'll be refunded for the photo package you bought.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
