Mitten im Herzen der Freiburger Altstadt erwartet Sie das prächtige Historische Kaufhaus – ein architektonisches Juwel mit jahrhundertealter Geschichte. Das markante Gebäude mit seiner leuchtend roten Fassade und den reich verzierten Erkern stammt aus dem 16. Jahrhundert und diente einst als Handels- und Repräsentationshaus.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email; nothing needs to be printed.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to someone else for free. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Remember to have your ticket order number ready.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds available?
For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance; contact us with your ticket ID to arrange it. Alternatively, check your ticket under "Tickets" in the Fever app to see if the "Change date and/or time" button is available. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has started.
Does the event take place indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are there tickets for carers?
Guests who need assistance during this experience can apply for a free ticket for their personal carer. Contact us with proof of your need; we'll then provide a voucher you can use to get the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the event takes place in a wheelchair-accessible venue (Historisches Kaufhaus, Münsterplatz 24, 79098 Freiburg im Breisgau).
Are food and drinks available to purchase on site?
No food or drinks are available to purchase on site.
Is parking available?
There's no parking right at the Historisches Kaufhaus itself, as it sits in the pedestrian old town area. You'll find parking in the multi-storey car parks nearby, such as the Schlossberggarage, just a few minutes' walk away.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets aren't allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D. Seats are assigned to you at the entrance by our staff, in order of arrival and according to the ticket you purchased.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
Tickets are not available at the venue; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change/postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for guests' safety all candles are flameless LED candles.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time, and out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport, take lines 1, 2, 3 or 5 to "Bertoldsbrunnen"; from there it's just a short walk to Münsterplatz. By car, reach Freiburg-Mitte via the A5 (from north/south) or via the A81/B31 (from the east). By bike, there's a Frelo bike-sharing station at Karlsplatz, about 400 m away.
