Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Mitten im Herzen der Freiburger Altstadt erwartet Sie das prächtige Historische Kaufhaus – ein architektonisches Juwel mit jahrhundertealter Geschichte. Das markante Gebäude mit seiner leuchtend roten Fassade und den reich verzierten Erkern stammt aus dem 16. Jahrhundert und diente einst als Handels- und Repräsentationshaus.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, there's nothing to print. You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play), or as a QR code in your purchase confirmation email. Just show it from your phone at the venue.
Can I change my ticket's date or get a refund?
Date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. Contact us with your ticket ID, or check the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app to see if the 'Change date and/or time' button is available. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances (see our Terms and Conditions).
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free. Just tap 'Transfer tickets' on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need further help.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are companion tickets available?
Guests who need assistance during this experience can request a free pass for their personal companion/carer. Contact us with proof of your need; once received, we'll send you a voucher to get your free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Remember to show this companion ticket together with your regular ticket at entry.
Is food or drink available on site?
No, food and drinks are not available for purchase at this event.
Is parking available?
The Historisches Kaufhaus itself has no parking, as it sits in the pedestrian zone of the city centre. There are nearby car parks, however, including the Schlossberggarage, just a few minutes' walk away.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place at an accessible venue.
What ticket types/zones are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D. Seats are assigned by our team at the entrance, in order of arrival and according to the zone purchased.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
No, for everyone's safety all candles are flameless LED candles.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we ask that you only leave your seat in an emergency.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change/postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring pets? Are service animals allowed?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at the venue, but service animals are welcome.
