De muziek was geweldig!! Alleen jammer dat er achter de gordijnen, wat voor personeel bestemd was, er een hoop gerommel, deuren open en dicht, rinkelen van kopjes enz. Was wel echt storend tijdens het optreden. Voor de rest enorm genoten van het concert.

The Posthoornkerk is a historic church located in the city center of Amsterdam, Netherlands. Built in the 19th century in a neoclassical style, the church was originally used as a post office and later converted into a concert hall and event space. What different types of tickets are there?

There are tickets for Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.

Can I buy a ticket at the venue?

Tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before the start via the Fever app or website.

Can I buy a ticket for my carer or companion?

Visitors who need assistance during the concert may request a free ticket for their carer or companion. Get in touch with us after you've bought your own ticket: you must already have a valid ticket before you can request one.

Is there a minimum age for the event?

The minimum age is 8. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket under 'Tickets' in the Fever app (downloadable from the App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same details you used for your order. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

This depends on availability. You can change the date and/or time up to a minimum of 48 hours before the start. Get in touch with us if you'd like to make a change and include your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.

Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts. Latecomers will not be admitted, so please arrive on time.

Are the candles real? Are they flammable?

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
