About the venuePalazzo della Luce
Designed in 1915 by architect Carlo Angelo Ceresa to house the new headquarters of the Savings Bank, Palazzo della Luce is inspired by the monumental criteria of the late 1800s with a superb facade inspired by Juvarra, modeled after Palazzo Madama. Since 2021, it has hosted Candlelight concerts, with a rich monthly program.

FAQs Frequently asked questions
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logging in with the same Fever profile used for the purchase. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your purchase confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types available?
Premium (excellent visibility), Zone A (good visibility), Zone B (average visibility), and Zone C (limited visibility). Seats are assigned based on the zone purchased and arrival time.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, free of charge: send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. Contact us with any questions, indicating your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds available?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the event starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
No: guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll provide a code to purchase the free companion ticket. Documents must be shown together with the tickets at entry.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts; seats are assigned based on the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert begins on time and, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of attendees all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Yes, only during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What is the duration of the experience?
60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
Indoor, with assigned seating.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue can be reached by car or public transport; it does not have private parking.

No.
