Palazzo della Luce opens its doors to a Candlelight concert dedicated to Christmas film soundtracks. In the heart of Turin, a string quartet performs live music from the most beloved Christmas films, surrounded by hundreds of candles.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

    Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

    Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

Designed in 1915 by architect Carlo Angelo Ceresa to house the new headquarters of the Savings Bank, Palazzo della Luce is inspired by the monumental criteria of the late 1800s with a superb facade inspired by Juvarra, modeled after Palazzo Madama. Since 2021, it has hosted Candlelight concerts, with a rich monthly program.

What are the different types of tickets available?
Premium: excellent visibility. Zona A: good visibility. Zona B: average visibility. Zona C: limited visibility.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the concert; seats will be assigned according to the zone purchased and the time of arrival. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed into the show.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you'll be able to sit with your friends if you've purchased tickets for the same zone and arrive together at the event. We recommend arriving early and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must be on silent mode throughout the entire performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, it will not be possible to leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app (available on Google Play or Apple Store) or the Fever website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any questions, please contact Fever customer service through the contact form, mentioning the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts. In that case, contact Fever customer service through the contact form stating the ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. In this case, contact Fever customer service through the contact form attaching a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll provide you with a code with which you can purchase a free ticket for your companion. Please note that you'll need to show these documents, along with the tickets, to access the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or Apple Store). Remember to log in with the same Fever profile used to purchase the ticket. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in the purchase confirmation email, which you can use to access the event.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we'll inform you in advance by email at the address associated with your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder.
