Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

The Dothan Opera House, built in 1915 in Dothan, Alabama, is a landmark of Classical Revival and Italian Renaissance design. With its arched entrances, Ionic pilasters, and ornate detailing, the building reflects early 20th-century grandeur. Carefully preserved, it remains an enduring symbol of the city’s architectural and cultural heritage.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly by clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the start time.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Is there a bar?
Yes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available for purchase.
Is parking available?
Street parking is available nearby.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. The venue is ADA accessible.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What ticket zones are available?
Tickets are available in Zone A (great visibility), First Balcony (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), and Second Balcony (good visibility).

Dothan Opera House, 115 N St Andrews St, Dothan, AL 36303. From the 431/231 loop, take AL-12 E/W Main.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free ticket for their caretaker. You must have a valid ticket before applying — please contact us for more information.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be allowed to enter the show.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles will be flameless.
