Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the event.

What are the different ticket types?

Zones A, B, and C. Zone A seats are closest to the stage.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

La Lomita Ranch, San Luis Obispo, CA. The experience takes place indoors.

How do I get to the venue?

Driving or rideshare is recommended. There is limited parking available onsite; from Orcutt Road, turn onto La Lomita Way and follow the access road to the parking lot.

There is a free parking lot onsite, though spaces are limited. We recommend carpooling and arriving early.

Is food or drink available?

Wine and snacks are available to purchase in a package, at an additional cost, at the venue.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Animals are not allowed except for service animals.
