Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us, indicating your ticket ID.
What different ticket types are available?
Front Row offers the best visibility, Zone A offers premium visibility, Zone B offers great visibility, Zone C offers limited visibility, and Zone D offers restricted visibility.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
Drinks and snacks are not allowed inside the cathedral.
Is parking available?
There is no general parking at the cathedral itself. There is limited street parking in the area, or the Wilson Car Park at Adelaide Oval North on Pennington Terrace (pay on the day or pre-book at www.wilsonparking.com.au).
How do I get to the venue?
By train, take a train to Adelaide Railway Station; from there it's about an 11-minute walk to St Peter's Cathedral. You can also use the free City Connector buses (routes 98A and 98C), which loop around the city and North Adelaide, or other bus lines serving the area. By car, there is no general parking at the cathedral itself; use street parking nearby or the Wilson Car Park.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, we accept companion and carer cards at all Fever events. Please contact us for a ticket.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, St Peter's Cathedral is committed to providing disability access, so that people with disabilities can access and take part in the experience. For wheelchair assistance, please contact us by email so we can notify onsite staff. There is limited accessibility parking available onsite.
Does the venue have air conditioning?
No, this venue does not have air conditioning and can get quite warm.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

St Peter's Cathedral, 27 King William Rd, North Adelaide SA 5006.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. In the event of late arrival, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed to enter the show.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance.
