Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the whole experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket on entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Stift St. Florian, Stiftstraße 1, 4490 St. Florian.
How do I get to the venue?
By bus: lines 413 and 417 to the "St. Florian Stift" stop, or line 410 to the "St. Florian Einsatzzentrale" stop.
Are food and drinks available?
No food or drinks are available.
Is there a cloakroom on site?
Yes, there is a cloakroom on site.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at this venue, including assistance dogs.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us beforehand so we can prepare everything.
Is there a car park?
There is plenty of parking available around the abbey, for example at the abbey's Meierhof.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code is smart casual.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
Can I use my mobile phone during the performance?
Your phone must be switched to silent throughout the entire performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before the concert begins to get a seat in the zone you booked. The concert starts on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, entry will no longer be possible out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all your tickets are for the same zone. We recommend arriving on time, and we'll do our best to seat you accordingly.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. To do this, tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further assistance, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything out: just show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
What is "Candlelight Foto"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You can have your photo taken in a specially set-up area. As a keepsake, you'll receive one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy "Candlelight Foto" at the venue?
The photo experience can be purchased at the venue until sold out. Guests who book it through the website along with their concert tickets will be given priority over those who purchase on site. On site, we only accept card payment; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To allow enough time for the photos, we prefer to hold it after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You choose your photos on site for printing. Our team will then print them and you can take them with you straight away. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we are unable to keep them. If you leave the venue without your photos, we cannot offer you a refund or a new appointment.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you all the details about the location of the photo experience. Announcements will also remind guests of this opportunity. If you have any further questions, just ask our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer on site so it can be validated and your photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our responsibility. In this case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
Is there an interval?
No, the concert lasts 60 minutes and there is no interval.
