Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signed in with the same account you used to purchase it (download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play). You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts. To do so, please contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Exchanges to another date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Please contact us to change your ticket.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click “Transfer Ticket” on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are organized by zone, with Zone A closest to the stage and Zone D furthest away.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
How long does the performance last?
The show lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the performance starts.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating by zone.
Will food be served?
Food is not served at the venue, but there will be a cash bar available for beverage purchases.
Is parking available?
Guests can park at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk's Main lot at 515 Beach St, Santa Cruz, CA 95060 (see beachboardwalk.com/directions for more information). Rideshare is also encouraged.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer or caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, this venue is ADA accessible.
Where does the experience take place?
At the Cocoanut Grove, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, 400 Beach St, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. The entrance is located between the Casino Arcade and the Aloha Terrace Picnic Area, directly across from Beach Street Café.
