Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

What are the different ticket types?
The ticket page specifies the different zones that are available for purchase. Zone A has the best view, whereas Zone D might only have a partial view.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for those who are 8+. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

How do I get to the venue?
By car: the church is easily accessible by major roads and highways, and parking is available nearby. By public transit: Oakville Transit provides bus routes that stop near the venue, and Oakville GO Station is a short distance away, with bus and taxi options to reach the church. Walking: if you're in downtown Oakville, the venue is within walking distance of many local attractions. For the best route from your location, use Google Maps or a transit planning app.
Is there food served?
No, food and drinks are not provided at the event. However, there are many great restaurants and cafés nearby if you'd like to grab a bite before or after your visit.

Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
