You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

What are the different ticket types?

There are four ticket zones: Front Row (premium visibility), Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Can I change my ticket?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, except with a Flexible Refund Ticket (available for selected events). Changes to another date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.

Can I book a ticket for my carer or companion?

Yes. If you require assistance throughout the experience, you can apply for one free pass for your personal assistant or support worker. Once you've purchased a valid ticket, contact us with supporting documentation.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
