Bubble Planet is an immersive experience that makes your dreams come true — colourful, surreal and made for all the senses. Journey through more than 10 fully interactive themed rooms, from a sea of balloons and a giant ball pit to an infinity room and a hypnotic kaleidoscope, then explore a magical planet of bubbles in the optional VR experience. Self-guided and perfect for families, friends and couples, it's around 60–90 minutes of playful wonder.

The new Doraville art center is situated on a five-acre site, with more than 250 parking spaces (music to any city driver’s ears)! The scale of the site also presents the opportunity to host both indoor and outdoor experiences.

What can I expect from Bubble Planet?
An immersive experience with 12 fully interactive themed environments, each featuring a different bubble-themed activity: from the LED Room, the Bubble Ocean of balloons and a giant Bubble Bath ball pit, to the Infinity Room, a robot-led bubble show and Sketch and Post, where your drawings come to life. You can also explore a magical bubbly planet in the optional VR experience.
How long does the experience last?
The experience takes approximately 60–90 minutes, but you're welcome to stay as long as you like in each room. It's a one-way system, so make the most of each one!
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience is held in an indoor venue.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Children aged 2 and under can visit free of charge, and minors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is it appropriate for young kids?
The experience is designed for all ages to enjoy! Younger kids may not be able to fully appreciate some details and installations of the Bubbleverse.
Is there Virtual Reality?
Yes. The experience includes an optional VR journey through a magical planet full of bubbles. Please check whether your ticket includes it. Children aged 8 and over can take part in the VR room on their own.
What is the difference between a VIP ticket and a regular ticket?
The regular ticket includes entry to the experience only. The VIP ticket includes entry, the VR experience and a Bubble Planet poster.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code; a casual look will be fine. Socks are mandatory in the Bubble Bath (ball pit), and we recommend avoiding skirts, as some attractions have mirrored floors.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, this experience includes strobe lights.
I am allergic to latex. Can I still enjoy the experience?
A couple of rooms feature latex production elements, but you'll only come into direct contact with latex in one room. Please make our staff aware of your allergy upon arrival.
Is the experience suitable for pregnant people?
The experience requires you to be on your feet and moving around the venue for approximately 60 minutes, but it does not involve tension or highly physical movements. We suggest speaking to the manager on arrival about any specific requirements so they can assist you.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
This is a walkthrough experience, but you'll find some seats if you need a break.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. Please make sure not to disturb other visitors and be considerate of the mirror floors in some rooms. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Will there be an audio guide?
No, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Where can I get tickets?
On the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
There is a box office on site, but tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive, so we highly recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot.
Are there discounted tickets?
Yes, discounted tickets are available for children (3–12), and for seniors (65+), students, people with disabilities and military.
Will I be able to pay cash?
Online tickets can only be paid by card. On-site tickets, merchandise, and food and beverages can be paid in cash or by card.
What is the Bubble Planet Fun Pass?
The Fun Pass gives you unlimited access to Bubble Planet Atlanta for 6 months. If fewer than 6 months remain before the experience closes, the pass is valid until closing.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, please complete the entry waiver before you arrive for faster entry.
Will there be additional sessions?
We can't guarantee extra dates. Please check the experience page for the confirmed dates and times.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your session. Contact us through support.feverup.com with your ticket ID, or use the 'Change date and/or time' button in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app if available. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, tickets for this event can't be transferred to another person.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing is not needed. You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same method used to purchase); your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find it in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same account you used to buy the tickets) or in your purchase confirmation email. If you still can't find it, please contact us through support.feverup.com.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes! You can give Bubble Planet as a gift by purchasing a gift card on Fever.
Do you offer free tickets for carers?
Yes. People with disabilities pay the reduced price, and their accompanying carer is entitled to free admission upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance. The guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket.

The experience takes place at Exhibition Hub Atlanta Art Center, 5660 Buford Hwy NE, Doraville, GA 30340.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available at the venue for the whole family.
Is there anything else to do at the venue?
Yes! DinoVerse, a family dinosaur exhibition with a VR time-portal adventure, is right next door to Bubble Planet.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We recommend arriving at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the following 30 minutes.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible (ADA compliant). Due to the nature of the experience, some areas may be less suited to visitors with physical access requirements: the Bubble Bath (stairs into the pool) and the Bubble Ocean (stairs into the room).
Is the experience accessible for deaf or visually impaired people?
Visitors with hearing impairments can enjoy this experience, as it is mostly visual. However, we do not recommend it for visually impaired visitors.
Are prams allowed?
Prams must be parked in a designated area at the exhibit entrance.
Is there a coat check?
Yes, the venue has a coat check. Please ask our staff on site for directions.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, beverages and snacks can be purchased at the end of the experience.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! Merchandise is available at the shop.
Can I bring animals? Are service animals allowed?
No pets are allowed at the venue, but service animals are welcome.
