No, there will not be any strobe lights used.

Yes, as long as you arrive together and have tickets for the same seating zone. We recommend arriving early and will do our best to accommodate seating you together.

No. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).

In the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Sign in with the same account you used to make your purchase. You will also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

You can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience, subject to availability. Please contact us with your ticket ID to make any changes. Refunds are not available.

Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can request a free ticket for their support person. Please purchase your own ticket first and then contact us with the necessary evidence.
