Theater im Delphi 1

The Theater im Delphi is a venue with an extraordinary character. Forgotten for decades, the building, built in 1929 as a silent movie theater, was revived in 2012 as an international cultural center. Today, films, theater, dance, opera, concerts, performances and much more take place here.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zones A, B and C in the stalls, as well as tickets for Zones A and B and VIP tickets for 3 people on the balcony.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (it's essential to have a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant supporting documents.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to take part. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience begins. In such a case, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is only possible with the Flexible Refund ticket. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact our customer service team to get your ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Theater im Delphi. Address: Gustav-Adolf-Str. 2, 13086 Berlin.
How do I get to the venue?
We recommend travelling by public transport. Prenzlauer Allee/Ostseestraße stop: tram lines 12, 50, M1, M2 and M13, bus line 158. Prenzlauer Allee stop: S-Bahn lines S2, S8, S41, S42 and S85.
Is food and drink available?
Drinks can be purchased on site at the bar.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please contact us in advance if you will be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, the theatre has disabled access for Zones A and B, but not for the balcony.
Is there a car park?
There is no car park. Please use the public car parks nearby.
Is there an interval?
No, there is no interval. The concert lasts 60 minutes.
Can I still be let in after the concert has started?
No. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and late entry after the concert has begun is not possible.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
