Celebrate Halloween with a Candlelight concert in the Salone Bernini at Palazzo Ripetta, in Rome. A string quartet performs live horror film soundtracks, cult series theme tunes and classic pieces with the darkest atmospheres, in a hall lit by candles.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What types of tickets are available?
Tickets are available for five zones: Premium, A, B, C and D.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are allocated according to the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed in.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
No: for the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must remain on silent mode for the entire duration of the concert.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased on site: they must be bought before the event via the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or the website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: just send the person who will use them the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact us with the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts by contacting us with the ticket ID. No refunds are available under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for assistance, and we'll send you a code to purchase the companion ticket free of charge. To enter the event, you'll need to show the document along with the tickets.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store), by logging in with the same profile used for the purchase. You'll also find a PDF with the barcode in the purchase confirmation email, which you can use to access the event.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If the weather is likely to affect the experience (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email to the address linked to your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.

How do I get to the venue?
By car or public transport: Metro line A, Piazzale Flaminio stop.
