Immerse yourself in tranquility with our Floating & Grounded Sound Bath Meditation. Choose to float weightlessly in one of our aerial hammocks or stay comfortably grounded on a mat—whichever feels most relaxing for you.

Allow soothing sounds and vibrations to guide you into a deeply restorative meditative experience designed to calm the mind, release tension, and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, sign your waiver, and get comfortably set up. Doors lock at the start of class, and late attendees will not be admitted.

Socks are required for class. Metered parking is available across the street, with additional parking available in the garage at 10th & Alton.
