A Candlelight concert brings the magic of a live, multi-sensory musical experience to an awe-inspiring setting in Orange County. At Neighborhood Congregational Church in Laguna Beach, surrounded by the glow of candles, discover the music of Queen and ABBA performed live by a string quartet.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
On the day How it works
Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. They close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A, premium visibility; Zone B, great visibility; and Zone C, good visibility.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To change it, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
A flexible cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible cancellation ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to present to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to get your ticket refunded.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take and how will I receive it?
If you used a credit card or PayPal account to make the purchase, the total ticket price will be credited back to your account; it may take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. If you bought your tickets with a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the “Vouchers” section of the app. This voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund of the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use this voucher to come back to the experience and book a new date and/or time.
Can I change my ticket for a different experience?
If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use it to purchase the same experience.

Is there parking available?

Food is not served at the venue, and no outside food or beverages are allowed inside.

What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available only to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy “Snapshot by Candlelight” photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who purchase the photo opportunity online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are card only: no cash is accepted.
When is my “Snapshot by Candlelight” picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so there is enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my “Snapshot by Candlelight” pictures?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you collect them at the exit afterwards. Please make sure you have your printed pictures with you before leaving, as we cannot keep any pictures for you. If you leave without your pictures, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the photo opportunity.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will explain the photo experience once you are inside the venue, and announcements will be made as a reminder. Please feel free to ask any of our staff members if you have questions.
How do I show that I have purchased the photo opportunity?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Have your QR code validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Are refunds allowed for “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you will be refunded for the photo opportunity you purchased.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed to enter.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
