The Rialto Theatre in Raleigh's Five Points neighborhood, is a historic movie theater that has been a cultural landmark since its opening in 1942. Known for its Art Deco design and intimate atmosphere, it has long been a hub for independent and classic films, as well as special events.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A – Best visibility (ADA Accessible); Zone B – Great visibility; Zone C – Good visibility; Zone D – Fair visibility.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — once purchased, please contact us for more information.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by car, ride-share and public transport. We recommend using ride-share services or public transportation.

Yes, the venue is ADA accessible. There are limited ADA seats within Zone A.
Is there parking available?
Street parking is available on Glenwood Avenue (free after 6pm on weekdays). Nearby streets include Fairview Road and Scales Street.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it isn't required. This policy is subject to change.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to a specific event date and location, all online-purchased Candle add-ons collected on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
