The Louisiana State Exhibit Museum in Shreveport is a distinctive Art Deco building established in 1939. Positioned near the State Fairgrounds, its architecture features clean lines and geometric forms typical of the era. Inside, the museum offers a historical panorama of Louisiana through detailed dioramas and artifacts, creating an immersive, educational atmosphere that connects visitors with the state’s cultural heritage.

What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are available in four zones: Front Row, Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Unless you purchased Flexible Cancellation, refunds are not allowed.
What is Flexible Cancellation?
Flexible Cancellation is an option you can add when you buy your ticket. It allows you to ask for a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
With Flexible Cancellation, you can return your ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund.
How do I request my refund?

Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
