What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive drama where you take part as the jury. You’ll analyse testimonies, interrogations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the fate of the accused.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour.
What are the different ticket types available?
For this venue, we offer different zones based on viewing quality.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Seating is unnumbered. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone. We recommend arriving early to sit together.
Are there any age requirements?
Yes, this event is for ages 12 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How does voting work?
To vote, scan the QR code displayed in the venue with your smartphone. Most cameras scan QR codes automatically. If not, download Google Lens or a QR reader app. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final curtain and without flash.
Can I buy drinks at the venue?
Check with the venue if a bar is available.
Can I leave the room during the show?
For the respect of the artists and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in case of emergency.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You just have to show your Fever ticket in the app or in the email when you arrive.
Are refunds or date changes allowed?
Refunds are not allowed except in cases required by law. Date changes are possible until 24 hours before, subject to availability.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, free of charge by clicking on "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
No. Tickets are only sold through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
