What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyse testimonies, interrogations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the fate of the accused in this electrifying theatrical event.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
Are seats numbered?
No, seats are not assigned. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Is food served?
Yes. Food and drink service is available in the foyer.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No, smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the venue.
Ticket Types
What are the different ticket types?
Half-Price, Social Entry, and Full Price for the Theatre Zones. Each zone has a different price based on its proximity to the stage.
What’s the difference between Full Price and Social Entry?
Full Price: the standard ticket for the event, available to anyone.
Social Entry: also available to anyone, with no proof required. It includes a R$10 donation to Instituto Hatus, a non-profit organization, already included in the ticket price.
Where can I buy tickets?
On the Fever app (Google Play and Apple Store) or at www.feverup.com. Tickets are not sold at the event venue.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Just show your Fever ticket(s) on the app or email after arriving at the venue.
Can I reserve a ticket for my caregiver?
Yes. Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request 1 (one) free pass for their personal assistant. After purchasing your ticket, contact us with the supporting documentation.
Who can buy half-price tickets?
Students, seniors, people with disabilities (PWD) and their companions, low-income youth, and public school teachers. Proof is required for entry.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes in date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
