Great! Exceeded our expectations! Only suggestion is ban old people or really everyone from bringing cellphones. Irritating people. There should be a test for people to own phones. Can you mute your phone? Really the concert exceeded our expectations!

Amazing to hear pop rock music played on classical strings! The artists were soooo talented & professional. They even gave the history to eaxh song played. Loved the smaller venue as it felt like a private concert. We will definitely attend more in the future!!

What are the different ticket types?
There are three ticket types: Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (great visibility), and Zone C (good visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances — for more information, refer to our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required — just contact us. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us indicating your ticket ID.

How do I get to the venue?
Take I-275 N from downtown Tampa, then merge onto I-75 N toward Ocala. Take exit 285 for State Road 52 toward Dade City/San Antonio, continue on SR 52 W and merge onto US-41 N, then turn left onto County Line Rd (FL-578 W) and follow it for about 8 miles. Turn right onto Mariner Blvd, and after about 2 miles turn left onto Landover Blvd — the venue will be on your right.
Is there food served?
Yes, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks will be served at the event.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue is ADA-accessible.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free self-parking on-site.
How long does the experience last, and when should I arrive?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and no entry is permitted once it starts. Please arrive 45 minutes early to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone — the audience must already be seated before the concert begins, and out of respect for the musicians you won't be able to leave your seat during the performance except in an emergency.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Please keep your phone on silent mode throughout the performance.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow for the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location/postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Indoor, with assigned seating.
