Do I need to print my ticket?

No, you don't need to print anything. Just show your Fever ticket via the app or by email at entry.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket. With that option, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the experience starts and get a full refund, no documents required.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.

When should I arrive, and how long does the concert last?

Doors open at least 30 minutes before the concert starts; the concert lasts 60 minutes in total. Latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.

Is the experience indoor or outdoor?

Indoor, with assigned seating within your booked zone.

Is food or drink available?

No, food and drinks are not available on-site.

Is there parking available?

The nearest parking option in the Festival District is the Altstadtgarage CONTIPARK (Hildmannplatz 1, 5020 Salzburg, open daily 24 hours). Alternatively, there's the Rot-Kreuz-Parkplatz on Franz-Josef-Kai, also open around the clock.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes, all guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring animals?

Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at this venue — not even service/assistance animals.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Please send us a short email to hello@feverup.com in advance so we can prepare everything. The accessible entrance is via Furtwänglerpark (opposite the Festival Halls).

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, the cloakroom is paid. For each item you leave (coat, bag), you'll receive a ticket and be charged €2.00.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.

Can I sit with friends?

Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time — we'll do our best to seat you together.

Are the candles real?

For everyone's safety, all candles are flameless.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. After purchasing your ticket, send us the relevant proof and we'll provide a voucher for the free carer ticket (subject to availability).
