Candlelight Orlando quartet was amazing!😍 The arrangements of some of the classic Christmas songs were unique particularly the 12 Days of Christmas. My fave, God Rest You Merry Gentlemen! They were also very engaging with us, the audience. Will be back! 🤩 Bravo!

Great performance, very nostalgic. Would do it again. The guests seated in front of us were very rude and disruptive, wish it was said that “loud, off-key humming wasn’t welcome”

It was my first time to this kind of event. The musicians were wonderful. I think it is a good way to get out of the hustle of the Christmas season and just relax and enjoy.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For select ticket types, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend, by contacting us at least 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is required, and the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.
What different ticket types are available?
Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (good visibility).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your own ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located in New Smyrna Beach, easily reached by car via US-1 South/North Dixie Freeway and South Riverside Drive.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the start time, and we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so you can be seated in your purchased zone before the concert begins. Latecomers cannot be admitted once the performance has started.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
Yes, small handheld items and drinks are available for purchase.
Is parking available?
Yes, limited onsite parking is available, along with plenty of street parking. Rideshare is recommended.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.
Are the candles real?
For the safety of attendees, all candles used in the experience are flameless.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must remain on silent mode throughout the performance.
