Your seat belongs to zone A, B, C or D depending on visibility. Once you arrive at the event, an usher will show you to your section. Seats are assigned in order of arrival, always respecting the zone of your ticket.

Can I change my ticket?

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes beforehand, and no entry is allowed once it has started.

Does the event take place indoors?

Yes, the event takes place indoors with assigned seating.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The venue is equipped for people with reduced mobility and has wheelchair access. The PMR area is only available in zones A and B; Zone E tickets are not wheelchair accessible. Please notify the coordinator or Fever staff at the entrance.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who require assistance during the experience can apply for 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket, contact us with supporting documentation.

At Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid (C. de Alcalá, 42, 28014 Madrid). Enter through the venue's main door and follow staff directions to the concert hall.

The nearest metro station is Banco de España, on Line 2.
