🍞 During the course, you’ll prepare your sourdough starter for home. The dough for the breads baked in the course has already been prepared in advance due to longer cooling times.

Let’s bake sourdough together! You’ll learn to create and maintain your own starter, understand the microorganisms involved, and even master creative crust designs. Over the course of the class, you’ll bake a potato spelt bread with herbs and spices as well as a classic wheat bread. Enjoy a unique, hands-on experience that will ignite your passion for bread baking.
