Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, which lets you request a full refund (no documentation needed) up to 48 hours before the experience; note it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
How long does it last?
The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show starts, and no entry is allowed once it has begun.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Where is the experience taking place, and how do I get there?
Foundry Theater, 800 5th Ave, Huntington, WV 25701 — located on the second floor of Huntington City Hall, in the Jean Carlo Stephenson Auditorium.
Is food or drink available?
No food will be served, but light snacks will be available for purchase.
Is parking available?
Street parking is available near the venue along 5th Ave. and 8th St. There is also a parking garage at the corner of 3rd Ave. and 8th St.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your own ticket, contact us with supporting documentation.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Foundry Theater is on the second floor of Huntington City Hall. City Hall has a wheelchair lift entrance on the 5th Ave. side leading to the first floor, with an elevator up to the second-floor auditorium. There is also a ramp entrance on the 8th St. side leading to the basement, with signage to the elevator.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to a specific Candlelight date and location, online Candle add-ons picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it is not required. This policy is subject to change.
