Yes, you can sit side by side. To guarantee this, it's essential that you enter the venue together and have purchased tickets in the same category. We suggest arriving 30 minutes before the start so our team can easily seat you together.
No! Tickets are not sold directly at the door or the Real Círculo Artístico de Barcelona box office. If you want to attend, you'll have to buy your passes exclusively through Fever (on our official website or app).
It's best to come at least 30 minutes early to sit down calmly. Remember, doors close 5 minutes before the show starts, and if the concert has already begun, you won't be able to enter. We want to ensure the best experience for everyone!
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Keep in mind that many of our concerts are held in historic buildings, so controlling the temperature can be a challenge. We do our best to ensure a pleasant environment, but we recommend bringing comfortable clothes suitable for the time of year so you can enjoy without issues.

The Candlelight: History of Pop in Barcelona lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Remember that, to avoid interrupting the show and those around you, you should remain in your seat throughout the concert unless an emergency occurs.
No need to worry about fire. For everyone's safety, we use LED candles that simulate real light. This eliminates any danger and they don't emit heat.
We appreciate you silencing your phone before the show. Recordings and photos without flash are reserved only for the last song of the performance, as communicated by the artists themselves.
MY TICKETS
Your digital tickets await you in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store), under the "Tickets" tab. Log in with the same profile you used to buy them. The QR code will also be in your confirmation email. Forget paper; you don't need to print anything to get in.
Absolutely! You can transfer your tickets free of charge from the Fever app by clicking on the "Transfer tickets" button. If you need support, contact us with the reference number of your ticket.
Yes! The perfect present is a Candlelight Gift Card valid for any concert in your country, so the recipient can choose the event that suits them best. If you prefer to gift a ticket you already have, remember you can easily send it using the "Transfer Tickets" feature in the app.
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy.
