Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID.

No refunds are allowed unless a Flexible Cancellation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.

A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.

You can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.

No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.

If you used a credit card or PayPal account to make the purchase, the total amount of the ticket price will be credited back to your account. Keep in mind that the money could take 10+ days to appear on your statement. If you bought your ticket(s) using a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the “Vouchers” section of the app. Keep in mind this voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.

You'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price, with the exception of the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.

You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use this voucher to go back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time.

If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use this voucher to go back and purchase the same experience.

Please contact us to get your ticket refunded.

This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusively available to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area set up at the venue and, as a souvenir, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style picture. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.

Photos can be purchased at the venue, provided the sold-out threshold has not been reached. Guests who buy the photo opportunity online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; no cash is accepted.

Your photo will be taken before the event, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins to allow time to take your photo.

You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, so you can collect them at the exit afterwards. Before leaving, please make sure you have your printed pictures with you, as we cannot keep any pictures for you. If you leave without taking your pictures, we won't be able to provide a refund or reschedule the photo opportunity.

Once you are inside the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience is located, and announcements will be made so you don't miss it. Please feel free to ask any of our staff members if you have questions.

You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have it validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.

Refunds are not permitted unless the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you will receive a refund for it.

All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
