Where can I find my ticket?
You’ll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the event.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
from 8 years old. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.
Are the candles real?
For everyone’s safety, the room is lit with flameless LED candles.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

No, tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

How do I get there?
Entry to the Salle du Grand Tinel is through the entrance of the Palais des Papes Congress Centre on the square. There is public transport nearby. Make sure to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start. Bus: line 706, Aubanel and Porte de l'Oulle stops.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there are underground car parks nearby: Parking Palais des Papes (Rue Ferruce, 84000 Avignon) and Parking Indigo Avignon Oratoire (28 Bis Rue Joseph Vernet, 84000 Avignon).
