What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for the front row as well as for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please send us the relevant supporting documents. You'll then receive a voucher that lets you book the free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). At the entrance, you must show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so. More information can be found in our terms and conditions.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return a ticket with flexible cancellation and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. If the ticket is transferred to another person, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
What documents do I need for a refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place at MaiHof – Pfarrei St. Josef, Weggismattstrasse 9, 6004 Lucerne.
How do I get to the venue?
Take bus line 1 from Luzern Bahnhof towards «Ebikon, Fildern» to the Schlossberg stop. Lines 22 and 23 also stop at Schlossberg.
Is there food and drink available?
No, there is no food or drink available on site.
Is there a cloakroom?
No, MaiHof does not have a cloakroom.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at this venue, including assistance dogs.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, MaiHof is wheelchair accessible and has step-free access. Please send us a short email in advance to hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything.

Can I take photos or film during the concert?
At the request of our musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.

Your phone must be on silent for the entire concert. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to find a seat in your booked zone. The concert will start on time, and no entry will be possible once it has begun.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
Should the weather affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we'll notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. To do so, tap «Transfer tickets» on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the «Tickets» section of the Fever app (on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email. You don't need to print anything: just show your ticket on your smartphone at the entrance.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of our guests, all candles are flameless.
What is «Candlelight Foto»?
A photo package exclusively for guests who book it: you'll be photographed in a specially set-up area and receive one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase as a keepsake.
Can I buy «Candlelight Foto» at the venue?
Yes, while stocks last. Guests who book the photo experience online together with their concert tickets have priority. On site, only card payment is accepted, no cash.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To ensure there's enough time, we prefer to hold it after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site. Our team will then print them out and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos: we can't keep hold of them, and if you leave without them, we won't be able to offer a refund or a new appointment.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
When you enter the venue, our on-site team will give you all the details about the location of the photo experience. Announcements will also remind guests. If you have any questions, just ask our on-site team.
How do I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email separately from your ticket confirmation. Show it to the photographer on site so the photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
A refund is only possible if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our responsibility. In this case, we'll refund you the amount for the booking.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
