Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address used for your purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert's start time shown on your ticket. To change your ticket under these conditions, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not offered. For more details, please check our Terms and Conditions.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, in the Grand Tinel Hall of the Palais des Papes, with assigned seating.
Will there be refreshments available?
No food or drinks will be served during the experience.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there are underground car parks nearby: Parking Palais des Papes (Rue Ferruce, 84000 Avignon) and Parking Indigo Avignon Oratoire (28 Bis Rue Joseph Vernet, 84000 Avignon).
How do I get there?
The entrance to the Grand Tinel Hall is through the Palais des Papes Congress Centre, on the square. Public transport is available nearby, including bus line 706 (Aubanel and Porte de l'Oulle stops). We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the concert starts.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is for guests aged 8 and over. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer by filling in this form and sending us the required supporting documents.
Does the venue have disability access?
No, unfortunately the Grand Tinel Hall of the Palais des Papes is not wheelchair accessible.
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are divided into four categories: A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. They must be bought in advance through the app or website (www.feverup.com).
